Bicornuate uterus with second trimester fetal demise in a rudimentary horn

Bicornuate uterus is a congenital uterine anomaly associated with reproductive complications such as recurrent pregnancy loss, preterm birth, cervical insufficiency and rupture. A bicornuate occurs owing to failure of septal resorption after fusion the paramesonephric ducts during organogenesis, resulting in divided into two horns. Most cases are only identified once difficulty experienced or an incidental finding patients normal obstetric history. Here we present patient who had previous vaginal deliveries at term was incidentally found have second trimester fetal demise rudimentary horn. hysterotomy bilateral tubal ligation performed, discharged good health 48 hours.
